Bring all your “old gold” to French Pharmacie on Thursday, October 30, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and turn it into cash. As a service to you – our customers — French Pharmacie will have a certified gemologist on hand all day October 30th to evaluate your gold pieces and give you cash on the spot for them. Evaluation will be based on carat weight of gold and cash will be distributed based market value of gold. Fashion Week in New York

Autumn is my favorite time of year in Indianapolis. The change of seasons is beautiful here. I especially love Fall/Winter clothes. I was in New York in early September for Fashion Week. However, I was selecting clothing styles for the Spring/Summer 2009 season. Here I am with Jodi Roth, owner of Jade Showroom. Jodi is a great friend of French Pharmacie. She represents the lines: Tart, Castle Star, Biya and others. Come in and check out our Fall/Winter ‘08 clothing from all the showrooms we visited. This season, there are beautiful colors like purple, mustard and hunter green — kind of like the turning leaves of the trees. We have some new lines for this season like: Ever, Rozae Nichols Robert Rodriguez, Madame a Paris. Stop in and see us!

Last week, Dr. JoAnne Lyon visited French Pharmacie. She spoke to our staff and some of our customers about the projects that are a part of the core values of this business. One year ago, our staff decided to support an orphanage in Zambia. All these children have been orphaned by AIDS. Dr. Lyon was able to tell us how the lives of these children have been changed, by our investment in them. We want our customers to know that a part of everything sold at French Pharmacie goes to help support this great organization. Long Lashes are a Fashion Must!

September in France is a time called “la rentree” — it is a grand return from the summer holidays. It marks a new beginning — a time to reform, renew, replenish and re-engage. According to Madame Figaro, a French magazine specializing in keeping their readers up-to-date on topics from who is new to what is new in the worlds of culture, mode, beauty, decor, “immeasurably long lashes in the Twiggy fashion” are a MUST for the season. French Pharmacie is already ahead of the curve on that trend. We have been applying eyelashes since April 2008 and our customers are “addicted” to them. They are natural looking, they reduce your time getting ready in the morning, as you wake up looking great and don’t need mascara. Michelle Marocoo has been an Indianapolis artist over 20 years. As a loyal client, she has graced French Pharmacie with her beauty, creativity and unique style. Her emerging collaboration of art as fashion has captured the attention of both art and shopping enthusiasts. Atelier by Marocco has taken flight with one-of-a-kind creations inspired by fashion icons such as Dolce and Gabbana. French Pharmacie was happy to welcome back Michelle to our store, this time for her own trunk show! July 28th-29th was a hit and the girls of French can’t wait to show off their custom clothing!
